To register and use a u7777 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you maintain an active u7777 account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. u7777 enforces this through CNIC-based age verification during the KYC process. Accounts that cannot confirm the required age will be suspended and any balance refunded in accordance with u7777's standard procedures.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or any other legal entity, registering an account for your own personal use only.
• You have not been previously excluded from the u7777 platform, whether through self-exclusion or operator-imposed restriction.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to u7777 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering and using the account on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the u7777 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any accrued balances and bonuses.

When registering a u7777 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a functional email address, and a date of birth that truthfully reflects your age. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

u7777 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes has been registered with false information, is being used for fraudulent purposes, or poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other users.

u7777 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as the platform's native currency. Available deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your account status and applicable payment provider policies.

• Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to your u7777 account balance immediately upon confirmation by the relevant payment provider.

• Bet Acceptance: u7777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet for any reason, including but not limited to technical errors, odds errors, market suspensions, or suspected match manipulation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u7777 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the u7777 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

• u7777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
• u7777 is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions, failed or delayed transactions attributable to third-party payment providers (including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution), or force majeure events.
• Where u7777's liability cannot be excluded by law, u7777's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of your current u7777 account balance at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit u7777's liability in circumstances where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

u7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe or provision of fraudulent verification documents.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, credit card fraud, or identity fraud.
• Suspected money laundering or other financial crime in connection with the account.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to the dormant account policy and applicable notice obligations.

Where an account is suspended or terminated due to a verified breach of these Terms, u7777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balance and, in cases of fraud or criminal conduct, to withhold the real-money balance pending investigation. In all other cases, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method following satisfactory identity verification.

u7777 may amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material, u7777 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected users via the registered email address or a prominent notice on the u7777 platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the amended Terms come into effect. For non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications, or amendments required by regulatory direction), changes may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the u7777 platform after any amended Terms have come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your u7777 account before the effective date of the amendment. Closing your account in these circumstances will not result in forfeiture of any verified real-money balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes and claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which u7777 holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is determined by u7777's licence terms and is available on request from the u7777 support team.

In the event of a dispute between you and u7777 regarding any aspect of these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the u7777 platform, you should first contact u7777 customer support to seek resolution through the internal complaints procedure. u7777 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will provide a substantive response within 14 days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal procedures, it may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by u7777's licensing authority.

Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law.
